Piezoelectric Technology for Precise Focused Shockwaves
Unlike pneumatic radial shockwave systems that generate pressure waves from an impact mechanism, this system uses piezoelectric elements arranged within the treatment source to generate acoustic pressure pulses.
When activated, the piezoelectric elements respond simultaneously, directing the generated acoustic waves toward a defined focal zone beneath the skin. As the waves converge, the acoustic energy becomes concentrated at the selected treatment depth rather than being distributed broadly at the surface.
This direct focusing principle enables more precise energy delivery to targeted tissue depths, while interchangeable silicone pads allow the focal depth to be adjusted from 4 to 66 mm for different anatomical areas and treatment requirements.

Shin & Calf Problems
Supports treatment of the anterior and posterior lower leg, including shin splints and gastrocnemius-related applications. Practitioners can select treatment depth and adjust parameters according to the target area.
Achilles Tendon
Designed for targeted applications around the Achilles tendon. Focused energy delivery helps practitioners address localized tendon-related rehabilitation needs without broadly dispersing energy across the surrounding area.
Heel & Plantar Fascia
Suitable for plantar fasciitis and calcaneal spur areas. Focused shockwaves can target the heel and plantar fascia at a selected depth, making this an important application for foot and heel rehabilitation.
Key Features
7 Selectable Focal Depths from 4–66 mm
Seven interchangeable silicone pads provide focal depths ranging from 4 mm to 66 mm, allowing practitioners to adapt the treatment depth according to the target tissue and anatomical area. One system can therefore accommodate both superficial and deeper applications.
Adjustable Frequency, Intensity & Shock Count
Treatment parameters can be customized according to different applications and individual responses, with 1–10 Hz adjustable frequency, 1–8 Bar intensity, and customizable shock counts. This gives practitioners greater flexibility when setting up individual treatment protocols.
Multiple Treatment Area Presets for Faster Setup
Select presets for the shoulder, elbow, wrist, back, hip, thigh, knee, calf, Achilles tendon, heel and plantar fascia, then fine-tune focal depth, shock count, frequency and intensity to individual needs for faster, more efficient treatment setup.
1.8″ Touchscreen Built into the Handpiece
A 1.8-inch touchscreen integrated into the handpiece allows practitioners to control key treatment settings without repeatedly returning to the main console. This makes parameter adjustments more convenient while maintaining the applicator position.
15″ Large Touchscreen Control
The large 15-inch toughened-glass capacitive touchscreen provides clear access to treatment settings and operating status. Frequency, intensity and shock count can be adjusted directly through the interface for a more intuitive clinical workflow.
Low-Noise Piezoelectric Operation
The piezoelectric focused design reduces the mechanical noise and vibration associated with impact-based pneumatic systems, helping create a quieter treatment environment for both practitioners and patients.
Compact Tabletop Design
The compact tabletop configuration provides professional focused shockwave functionality without requiring a large floor-standing system. Its approximately 39 × 40.5 × 44 cm footprint makes it easier to integrate into treatment rooms where space is limited.
Multiple Treatment Depths for More Precise Targeting
Interchangeable treatment pads allow practitioners to change the focal depth according to the target area and treatment requirements.
Rather than relying on a single fixed treatment depth, the system provides multiple focusing options for working with tissues located at different depths.
The installation is shown in the figure below:
(1)As shown in Figure 1 above: Add a sufficient amount of gel to the handle
(2)As shown in Figure 2 above: Select the optimal silicone contact tip based on the desired focal penetration depth.
(3)As shown in Figure 3 above: Insert the silicone contact tip, gently press to ensure firm contact between it and the handle connector, and gently rotate the tip to prevent air bubbles. If air bubbles persist, add more contact gel.
Note: After installing the silicone tip, ensure that no air bubbles remain underneath. If air bubbles are present, gently rotate the silicone connector tip, then install the locking ring cover and turn it clockwise to secure it.
(4)As shown in Figure 4 above: Align the grooves and install the locking ring cover (retaining ring).
(5)As shown in Figure 5 above: Turn the locking ring cover clockwise to secure the silicone tip.

Simple & Efficient Treatment Workflow
From target-area selection to post-treatment cleaning, the system provides a straightforward workflow designed for efficient clinical use.
01. Identify the Treatment Area
Assess and locate the target treatment area, then position the patient appropriately and mark the treatment point if needed.
02. Select the Appropriate Focal Depth
Choose the appropriate silicone pad according to the target tissue depth and install it on the handpiece to set the desired focal zone.
03. Select the Treatment Area & Set Parameters
Select the target body area on the touchscreen and start with the recommended parameters. Adjust the focal depth, shock count, frequency and intensity according to individual treatment needs.
04. Apply Coupling Gel
Apply coupling gel to the treatment area and between the silicone pad and handpiece as required to support effective acoustic energy transmission.
05. Start Treatment & Monitor Patient Response
Position the handpiece over the target area and begin treatment using the preset parameters as a starting point. Monitor the patient’s response throughout treatment and adjust the settings or pause treatment when necessary.
If the stimulation feels too strong, practitioners can reduce the intensity or increase the frequency according to the operating guidance.
06. Complete Treatment & Clean the Applicator
Once the preset shock count is completed, remove any remaining coupling gel from the treatment area and assist the patient as needed. Turn off the system, remove the silicone pad, and clean residual gel from both the pad and handpiece before storage.
Treatment Guidelines
1. Adjust Intensity Based on Patient Feedback
- Treatment intensity is not fixed by treatment area. Practitioners should select an intensity level based on the patient’s tolerance and response.
- It is recommended to start with a lower intensity setting (approximately 2–5 Bar) and gradually increase according to patient feedback.
- If the patient does not feel sufficient stimulation, slowly increase the intensity. If the target area is difficult to identify, practitioners can also adjust the focal depth by changing the silicone pad.
2. Recommended Treatment Course
- Treatment interval: Once every 3–7 days.
- Recommended course: Approximately 4–5 treatment sessions per course, depending on the patient’s condition and symptoms.
- The total number of treatments varies according to individual conditions. Many treatment plans are based on 4–5 sessions with 1,500–2,000 shockwaves per session.
- Treatment frequency and course duration can be adjusted according to patient condition, skin response and clinical needs.
