How TECAR Diathermy Works?
TECAR diathermy delivers radiofrequency energy through the target tissues between the active applicator and return electrode. As the RF energy interacts with tissue impedance, it is converted into controlled heat within the tissues, creating an endogenous thermal effect rather than simply heating the skin from the surface.
300 & 448 kHz Dual-Frequency TECAR Technology
Two frequencies provide greater flexibility for different tissue targets and treatment objectives. The system combines 300 kHz RET with 448 kHz CET, allowing practitioners to adapt TECAR therapy according to tissue characteristics, treatment depth and clinical goals.
448 kHz CET — Muscle & Soft Tissue Applications
Designed for water-rich and more superficial tissues, making it suitable for muscles, soft tissues and broader treatment areas.
300 kHz RET — Deeper Musculoskeletal Applications
Designed for higher-resistance tissues and deeper musculoskeletal areas, making it suitable for tendons, ligaments and joint-related structures.

Why Add Smart TECAR to Your Practice?
Expand Your Treatment Services
CET and RET radiofrequency therapy supports pain management, sports recovery, soft tissue therapy, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, helping your practice serve a wider range of client needs.
One System Multiple Applications
Dual-frequency CET and RET modes, multiple treatment tips, and optional applicators allow one device to cover different body areas and therapy programs, reducing the need for multiple separate systems.
Improve Treatment Efficiency
Preset programs, body-area selection, and real-time parameter display simplify treatment setup, helping practitioners manage daily sessions more efficiently.
Low Ongoing Operating Costs
With no costly single-use treatment cartridges required for standard TECAR sessions, ongoing operating costs can remain relatively low, supporting stronger margins as treatment volume grows.
Smart Preset Program
Smart preset programs provide clear treatment guidance and help practitioners operate the system more efficiently.
Real-Time Parameter Display
Three Progressive Biological Effects for Flexible Therapy
Multiple Body Area Selections
Preset Treatment Protocols for Each Area
Multiple Applicator Options
Designed for Different Treatment Areas
Three Progressive Thermal Effects
01 NON-THERMAL | Cellular Stimulation
Minimal noticeable heating
For early-stage acute injuries, such as sprains
02 THERMAL | Improved Circulation
Moderate endogenous heating
For subacute injuries and muscle tension
03 DEEP THERMAL | Deep Tissue Heating
Stronger endogenous thermal response
For chronic pain, joint stiffness, and soft tissue mobility

FAQ
Yes. This machine is designed for professional settings, including physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, chiropractic offices, and sports recovery facilities. Its CET and RET modes provide flexible treatment options for different clinical applications.
CET (Capacitive Energy Transfer) uses an insulated electrode and is primarily suited to water-rich tissues such as muscles and soft tissues. RET (Resistive Energy Transfer) uses a conductive electrode and is designed to work with higher-resistance tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and joint-related structures. Together, CET and RET allow practitioners to adapt TECAR therapy to different tissue types and treatment needs.
Yes. The system includes smart preset programs for different treatment areas, helping practitioners quickly select suitable parameters. Professional settings can also be adjusted according to individual treatment needs.
The machine comes with essential accessories for standard TECAR therapy applications. Optional applicators and specialized accessories are also available for separate purchase. Please refer to the product’s accessory list for details.
Yes. A suitable conductive cream should be applied during TECAR treatment to ensure proper energy transfer between the applicator and the skin while allowing the treatment head to move smoothly over the treatment area.
The machine features a user-friendly touchscreen interface with preset treatment programs, making it easy for qualified professionals to learn and operate. However, proper knowledge of TECAR therapy and safety precautions is recommended before use.
